However, I still enjoyed reading the book and I thought it was easy to read and understand. Filled with plenty of smart insights and historical perspective. More beginner to almost ready for a decent tourney. I've read worse but it was kind of wishy washy. I'm not sure if even calling it a journal is accurate. Texas must be a slave state. Other respected older labels are often run by people with upper middle-class backgrounds. As a person who has been on many diets, I thought I knew everything about food but she made me really look at food in a new way.
