Once again Lara, BRAVO. Although flawed because two important characters are introduced too late in the story, the book is still entertaining and interesting. this message and the delightful way the book is written made me read with a smile, and kept me thinking long after my daughter was already asleep, another story later. I am glad to have this series on my shelf and have already passed it along to a friend who is right now on the third book and is enthralled with it, anxious to know the ending. The title is highly misleading. The ending is not rushed and all the storylines are completed, which I like. Clearly and easily conveys the essential foundational keys to successful recruiting: mindset, purpose, mentoring, systemization, tactics and techniques in your approach and dialogue with others, and more.
